Online Participation in the
FUEN Assembly of Delegates 2021

Dear Member Organisations,
As you know we are going to host our FUEN Congress in Trieste / Trst this year from 9 – 12 September 2021. Since some of you will not be able to participate in the Congress, due to the COVID-19 restrictions, we will offer you to participate in the FUEN Assembly of Delegates 2021 online.
The Assembly of Delegates will take place in a hybrid form on Saturday, 11 September 2021 at 09:00 am CET. Therefore, we would like to invite you, the FUEN Member Organisations who will not be able to attend the Congress in Trieste /Trst, to nominate and register one person in the field below, who will represent the organisation and carry the voting rights (for those who have one).
The head of delegation, who will be nominated by the Member Organisation, will receive personalised log-in data sent to his/her email address and will be able to participate (and vote) on behalf of the organisation, using his/her own device (computer, tablet, phone). In case you wish to engage more members from your organisation that would like to follow the Assembly of Delegates, you can register them as guests. They will then receive a guest account and will be able to follow (but not vote) the Assembly of Delegates on their own devices.
The Assembly of Delegates will be interpreted into German, English and Russian language and will take place on the Zoom platform. We would like to ask you all to turn on your devices and log in as early as 08:30 a.m. CET on Saturday, 11 September 2021 as we would like to go through the technological details with you first before the Assembly of Delegates starts at 09:00 am.
You will be able to comment and ask questions during the Assembly of Delegates at the chat function of the platform. We would also like to encourage you to send possible questions via email beforehand.
