Data Protection Agreement

I hereby agree that FUEN may collect, store and process all personal data, documents, pictures etc. that I provide to FUEN for the Assembly of Delegates for the purpose of project management. Furthermore, I agree that FUEN may pass on my personal data to the company Key Congressi Srl, which has been commissioned with the technical implementation of the event.

I agree that FUEN may store my personal data, such as name, address, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, for an indefinite period of time beyond the period of the event in an internal database of the association.

I am aware that Key Congressi Srl. may use my data exclusively for the technical processing of the Assembly of Delegates and will delete all data after the event according the data protection agreement signed with FUEN.
